RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any service transaction that is made by You with Us.

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions.

The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
• Company(referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Bugzstudio SDN BHD, 20-22, Jalan Bayu Tinggi 6, Taman Bayu Tinggi, 41200 Klang, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia.
• Service refers to the Website.
• Website refers to CVPay, accessible from https://cvpay.com.my/
• Goods/Service refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
• Orders mean a request by You to purchase service from Us.

Our service entitles the following that We would like to inform and put in notice,

• Top-up to Your wallet: We pledge to return/refund the deducted amount within 5-7 working days under the following conditions,
  • Any technical snag associated with the transaction
  • All the free credit will be deducted before the return takes place
• Payment made to machine service: Incase the machine fails to deliver the requested service, We will transfer Your credit to another machine to accomplish the required service, or,
  • We will transfer back the credited amount back to Your wallet so that You can perform the service next time.Or,
  • If the machine fails to start, it will auto-credit the amount back to Your wallet to reinstate the service request again, if You wish to.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, if not automatically reimbursed, You must inform Us of Your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of Your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 5-7 workings days from the day on which You have performed the service request with us. We will offer free credit to You equivalent to the spent made, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any service request that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
